If the fantastically cool and blindingly beautiful objects Jeff de Boer creates do not momentarily explode your brain to atoms which are then flung off to a million different neverwheres from which instantly return and reassemble in a configuration of advanced wonder, then I doubt you will be impressed that he also has an introduction by William Gibson.
Since I’ve been really into the whole retrotech aesthetic (a rubric including Steampunk) with the Treehouse, The Triaparator and now The Dihemespheric Chronaether Agitator I’m specifically in love with his retro-future “Space Stuff.”
You should take the time to check out his galleries and be sure not to miss his How To … section. I, obviously, love when artists show the various stages of their work.
He’s even from Canada — isn’t that just nifty.
