The initial design for the brass etching for the tray were a bit more complicated then what I think I am actualy going to go with. I think I am going to make them three or four (likely three) 3.5″ circles with a circuit board style etching on them. I’m simplifying them primarily because of material and fabrication restraint.
Here is a quick sketch I did trying out some of the circuit board ideas.
However, note that this image is the negative — the white lines in this image will translate to black lines on the brass, which is black in this image.
In the end this will look like the etchings I did for the Triaparator.
